Summary

Hematologic and selected serum chemistry values were determined for 12 female panther chameleons, Chamaeleo pardalis, all of which were diagnosed with mild to severe hepatocellular lipidosis. Most values were within the normal ranges reported for other reptiles. Serum glucose, bilirubin, and aspartate aminotransferase concentrations were high compared to other reptiles.
